                  Meets Heat and Oil Resistance Requirements while Reducing Weight and Cost

                  Heat and oil resistant properties are required for both the Turbo Charger Duct and PCV Pipe. This is due to compressed air passing through the Turbo Charger Duct and blow-by gas from the engine passing through the PCV pipe.

                  These requirements are met by utilizing engineered plastics molded with Excell-developed 3D Exchange Blow Molding technology.

                  Below are examples of products molded with materials such as Polyamide and Polybutylene Terephthalate. These engineered plastics, along with Excell's molding technology, provide reductions in both weight and cost.
